Our mission is to provide rescue and a sanctuary for abused, injured, or homeless horses; to utilize these horses in therapeutic programs assisting low income, at-risk youths; and to deepen the natural bond between humans and horses through state-of-the-art educational programs.
Our facility is a sanctuary for both horses and people. We take in horses that have retired from the race track, horses in neglectful situations, and horses from slaughter auctions. These horses are rehabilitated in body, mind and spirit and offered out for adoption to approved homes. In some cases, we offer permanent retirement for an aged horse.
Our educational programs and outreach are a great way to involve children, parents, school groups and volunteers with the horses at our rescue. We offer multiple programs such as camps, day programs, volunteer outreach, monthly clinics and conservation programs. Please email us for more information!
Please feel free to browse our site and provide any comments you may have! If you are interested in adopting, please check out our available horses and ponies. If you are interested in giving us a horse, or know of a possible rescue, please get in touch!
Our goal is simply stated. We want to help as many horses and to positively touch as many lives as possible. Achieving that goal is more complicated and we pledge to do our utmost to make that happen for our horses, our volunteers and our program participants.
